A single, no choice set menu that changes every few weeks depending on the market, served in a converted garage just off the Elandsgracht that seats barely thirty people. The kitchen is open to the room, so the pace of the evening tracks whatever is actually happening on the stove rather than a fixed timetable. Booking two or three weeks out is normal, the room is simply too small to absorb walk in demand.
